Endurance training

for time-crunched athletes

You create the goals. We’ll create the roadmap to help you reach them while striking the perfect balance between training and life.

If you’ve ever wanted to train for a triathlon, marathon, or any other endurance event and weren’t sure where to start or how to even fit endurance training into your busy schedule, good news! Your dreams (and goals) are within reach, and you’re in the right place.

And around here, even though we’re passionate as heck about helping you reach your athletic goals via strategic endurance training and having the most fun along the way, we also understand that you’re so much more than just an athlete, and we value the unique human being that you are and the many traits that make you...YOU.

As much as we’re committed to tracking your metrics and making sure you get the most out of your training, we’re also interested in learning what Netflix show you’re binging at 1am (when you should probably be sleeping) or your go-to hype song before a workout. In other words, we want to know all the things that make you a unique human.

Speaking of human, here are a few things you should know about us…

Do we have anything in common?

Or, if you’re more curious about our philosophy and story, this part is for you…

  • With 30 years of experience in the sport of triathlon (wonder what those Spynergy race wheels from the 90s are up to), Coach Amanda is a lifelong athlete and student of the sport. As an athlete who has raced and been coached at every level of multisport (youth, amateur, junior elite, and elite), she has gained fundamental knowledge for training and racing. She has also been exposed to multiple coaching philosophies that have helped shape who she is as a coach today.

She prioritizes fun and fulfillment in her coaching and believes that success goes well beyond podiums and medals. For example, she believes that nailing your nutrition and hydration in a training session or race is a big deal and a win worth celebrating.

Amanda also takes into account who you are outside of sport and uses this information to balance and guide your training, and get to know you as the well-rounded human you are. She’s here to listen to your dreams, support your goals, and help you enjoy an active lifestyle, regardless of your age or starting ability.

KIND WORDS FROM HAPPY ATHLETES

“Coach Tony SAVED MY LIFE! I’ve had a complicated medical history, including chronic pain conditions, several spinal surgeries and treatments, and had to learn to walk again after my double disc replacement surgery. Eventually, I resumed strength training as well, with a custom plan that Tony collaborated with my physical therapist to create. Thanks to him, I was strong enough to walk down the aisle at my wedding and even enjoy a dance at the reception just a short 8 months after surgery. (I’m a slow healer, so this was beyond my expectations).

Tony used a specialized approach to meet my needs and was flexible with my constantly changing schedule during my recovery (sometimes even meeting for strength sessions on Zoom) when I couldn’t leave my house. Coach Tony is incredibly patient, kind, genuinely caring, and a knowledgeable coach – I can’t recommend him enough! “
