Option 1: Keep doomscrolling through online articles and videos and asking ChatGPT endless questions as you piecemeal together a training plan, how to recover, what gear you need, etc etc…

Option 2: Have experienced, certified coaches create a personalized training plan and process designed to fit your unique needs, schedule, and athletic background.

We don’t know about you, but we think your time is too valuable to choose option 1.

  • While we support your Ironman dreams, we highly recommend that you race shorter distances first and eventually build up to the Ironman distance. And short course triathlon (Sprint, Olympic, 70.3) happen to be our specialties. :)

  • Yes! In fact, many of our athletes are virtual. If you’re a virtually coached athlete, we recommend that you periodically take videos of each discipline at different points in the training cycle so we can assess your program’s reliability and effectiveness.

  • We have experience creating training plans for the following: triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, road running (5k, 10K, half marathon, marathon), and strength training.

  • We use Training Peaks to deliver training plans, analyze data, and leave frequent feedback for our athletes.

  • No, we don’t offer pre-written training plans. We believe the best way to serve you is through customized training plans that take into account things like your schedule (work, family, social commitments, etc), current health, history of injury(ies), your goals, and where you’re starting from.
