We coach endurance athletes working towards their first (or next!) triathlon, running road race, aquabike, and duathlon. And, we work with athletes who are focused on the big picture: stronger bodies, healthier minds, and building memories.

Running, Strength, and Multisport Coaching Services

This is best for athletes who want the highest level of personalized coaching support, including a quicker turnaround time on workout analysis and feedback, increased access to coaches, no cost for in-person strength training and testing sessions, and the option for unlimited changes to training plans.
MULTISPORT COACHING INCLUDED :
Free initial consult call with Coach Amanda and Coach Tony
Monthly check-ins: Up to 90 minutes per month via phone or video chat
Full access to your coach(es) via phone, text, email, and Training Peaks (less than 24-hour response time on weekdays)
Custom-written training plans delivered in 1-2 week blocks
Unlimited plan adjustments
Strategy calls for race strategy sessions/debriefings, program management, and planning design, etc.
STRENGTH COACHING INCLUDED:
Customized strength and conditioning (S&C) programming tailored and developed for each athlete.
1:1 in-person or virtual training, testing/assessment sessions with your NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) coach.
Complimentary video/phone call(s) included prior to strength testing and throughout your training program to help ensure effective test preparation and program monitoring protocols are consistent.
Hourly $25 session rate fee waived for all in-person training and testing sessions for Gold Package athletes! *Limited in-person 1:1 strength training availability.
This plan is ideal for the athlete who wants to meet for multiple coached training sessions per month (i.e. up to two sessions per week)
Whether you’re training for a new half ironman PR or just want to feel more confident and finish your first sprint distance tri, our Gold Package provides plenty of feedback so you can be in close communication with your coaches, bounce ideas off of each other, and safely reach your goals.

A happy medium between our Bronze and Gold packages. If you don’t require as much 1:1 attention or guidance but still want more access to coaches than the Bronze, this package is calling your name!

Up to 2 plan adjustments per month
Communication via Training Peaks and email (24-48 hour response time on weekdays)

Includes pre-race strategy and nutrition chat

Ideal for self-motivated athletes who don’t want as much “face time”/access to coaches, feedback, or analysis. If you just need the right tools, a rock-solid training plan, to be pointed in the right direction, and don’t foresee the need for many scheduling changes, this package may be perfect for you!

Monthly check-in: One 30-minute call or video chat per month
Written training plans delivered in 4-week training blocks. Solely remote with limited coaching access/feedback.
Training feedback and analysis delivered via Training Peaks or email once a week.
Plans written one month in advance.
Plan adjustments not included but may be added at $25/per adjustment
STRENGTH COACHING INCLUDED:
Customized strength and conditioning (S&C) written plan tailored and developed for each athlete.
No in-person 1:1 or virtual training sessions offered for the Bronze Package (Gold & Silver packages only), BUT…
Testing/assessment day(s) are optional add-ons for this package but are highly recommended to help establish, maintain, and effectively monitor your training program remotely.
If you decide to add on, you’ll get one complimentary video call prior to the first strength testing session(s).
All virtual or in-person testing session(s) will be $25/hour.

Already have a running or triathlon coach? No problem! Training in a sport other than triathlon and just need a qualified strength and conditioning coach to help you improve your performance? Then this plan is for you!
Strength Training and Conditioning: $199/month
Includes full access to Coach Tony and a comprehensive S&C program tailored specifically and programmed for each athlete and their unique sport, season, or personal needs.
Not only will you have someone to provide quality and reliable testing/assessment day(s) and regularly monitored training with any necessary plan modifications, but you will also get:
Regular 1:1 in-person or virtual training for your testing, assessment, and training sessions with your NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) coach.
Complimentary video/phone call(s) included before testing and throughout your training program to help ensure effective test preparation and program monitoring protocols are consistent.
Hourly $25 session rate fee waived for all training sessions (in-person or virtual).
